Sewage and Trash Bills may be paid at the City Clerk-Treasurer's Office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Firday.  A dirve thru window is located at the back of City Hall for your convience.
 
A Night Drop Box is located in the front entry way of City Hall for after hours payments.
 
****IMPORTANT ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION****
Online Bill Pay is now available for the Sewage and Refuse Utility Bills. Log onto http://www.drfrey.biz/11086/CustQuery.html to pay your bill.  Each customer is assigned an individual pin number, which is available in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office.  You may obtain your pin by calling 765-584-8805 and supplying your account number.
 
To pay your bill with a check, please call 1-888-357-8394
between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:30 pm
 
If you make a payment and want to cancel payment please
call 1-800-487-4567 extention 1080.
You will need you account number, book number,
pin, and credit card number.
