It is a means of having your bank automatically deduct your Sewage and Refuse payments from your account. No more checks!
What are the benefits?
Having automatic payment is the more convenient way to make your Sewage and Refuse payments. You will save time, and will not have to remember to write a check. You will know your Automatic Payment will be on time.
On what day will be may account be debited an for how much?
We will inform you of your payment due date. It is always the 5th of the month, unless the 5th falls on a weekend or a holiday, then it is the next business day. Your account will be debited the amount of your current bill.

I (We) hereby authorize the City of Winchester Sewage Utility to initiate debit entries to my (our) checking account indicated below in the Financial Institution named. These debits will be made monthly and can be made by any means available to the Financial Institution, including the electronic transfer of the funds involved.
This authority is to remain in full force and effect until the City of Winchester Sewage Utility or customer has given written notification of termination in such time and in such manner as to afford the City of Wincheser Sewage Utility and Financial Institution or Customer a reasonable opportunity to act on it. The City of Winchester Sewage Utility will provide the Customer with a minimum of ten days written notice of any amount to be debited before the account will be charged.
