We are a group of interested and involved residents who have been elected to put forth our best efforts to insure a quality standard of living for every citizen who live in Winchester, Indiana.

 

We deliver services that are equal, fair and provide economic opportunity to all citizens.

 

Our response to constituents should include keeping them aware of how the City is doing, sharing information, educating with facts and eagerly allowing for their participation and input whenever possible.

 

As a Governing body, we are committed to at least maintain, and will always strive to improve the quality of life without excessive taxes or unnecessary Government intervention.

 

Our philosophy exudes consistency, balance, professionalism and encouragement or responsible City growth.
