City Court
The Winchester City Court handles traffic infractions and city ordinance violations. Court sessions are held Monday's beginning at 9 AM in the courtroom located in City Hall.
Cases are heard based on scheduling, which begins at 9 AM on Mondays. The Randolph County prosecuting attorney or the chief prosecuting attorney are available at City Hall when City Court is in session to try individual cases.
Most fines may be paid prior to scheduled court dates, in person, or by mail, at the Judge's office or the Winchester Police Department, which is located at City Hall. Payments of cash or money orders are accepted. Please enclose a money order for the exact amount if paying by mail.
If you have any questions about any case you may contact the Judge or the Court Clerk at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM.
